OwnTime

OwnTime is a chess‑clock style timer for your day: you choose a few priorities and assign each a daily time budget. Only one countdown runs at a time, so starting a priority’s timer pauses the others, and when its budget expires, an alarm sounds to let you know you’ve spent the allotted time.

The app runs on iPhone and Apple Watch with no account or server required; paired devices stay in sync, and the watch offers a quick glance to start or stop. At midnight all budgets reset, you can export your history as a SQLite database, and every action is also available as a Siri phrase or Shortcuts action (including a toggle for the Action Button on Apple Watch Ultra).
