ApplyX is an all-in-one job application tracker that replaces scattered spreadsheets with a single, organized workspace. When you save a job posting—either manually or using its browser extension—it gets added to a visual pipeline where you can drag and drop applications through different stages, keep notes on interviews, set reminders, and store role details. The browser extension also saves time on application forms by autofilling your saved details, so you do not have to keep retyping the same information.

Beyond tracking, ApplyX builds custom resumes and cover letters for each job you apply to. Starting from a master resume, it pinpoints skill gaps against the job description and generates a tailored version of your resume that is directly attached to that specific application. This makes it easy to remember what exact details you submitted for every role, monitor how well your applications are performing, and make quick adjustments to improve your response rate.
