It provides real-time suggestions as you type, manages email by sorting messages and drafting replies in your voice, and supports meetings by handling prep and follow-up tasks. By connecting to your data sources and apps, it is designed to save time, improve focus, and make everyday work more effortless.

The platform includes customizable agents—such as a Grammarly agent, email assistant, knowledge checker, and daily brief—that can be set to appear as you type, on a schedule, or after specific events. It operates in contexts such as documents, a side panel in your browser, Slack, and its own app, grounding its responses in your connected knowledge via MCP connectors. Go also gives you control over whether your content is used to train its models, with Enterprise training off by default.
