Overview
soarSQL is a desktop SQL editor designed to make analytical queries much faster, especially on Postgres, MySQL, and CSVs. It’s built on DuckDB, so instead of overloading your database, it does most of the heavy lifting on your local machine.
It’s especially handy for slow-running queries on OLTP databases. A query that used to take 40+ minutes in other editors ran in under 15 seconds using soarSQL. You can even open large CSV files and query them as if they were native database tables.
